Ci rivolgiamo direttamente a te, Rahel, con rispetto e senza alcun giudizio. Non sappiamo cosa tu stia vivendo, quali difficoltà o paure tu possa attraversare. Non vogliamo fare supposizioni né chiederti spiegazioni. Vorremmo soltanto farti sapere che non sei sola.
Come Centro Antiviolenza, vogliamo dirti che le nostre porte sono aperte. Se hai bisogno di parlare, di essere ascoltata, di trovare protezione o semplicemente uno spazio in cui sentirti accolta e al sicuro, noi ci siamo. Non devi giustificarti, né sentirti obbligata a fare qualcosa.
Rispetteremo i tuoi tempi, i tuoi bisogni e le tue scelte. Saremo pronte ad ascoltarti e ad accompagnarti, senza giudicarti.
Vorremmo solo che tu sapessi che esiste un luogo in cui puoi trovare ascolto, sostegno e una mano tesa, ogni volta che ne sentirai il bisogno.

An appeal to Rahel from the women of the Roberta Lanzino Anti-Violence Center
We are reaching out directly to you, Rahel, with respect and without any judgment. We don’t know what you are going through, or what difficulties or fears you may be facing. We do not want to make assumptions, nor are we asking for explanations. We simply want you to know that you are not alone.
As an Anti-Violence Center, we want to tell you that our doors are open. If you need to talk, to be heard, to find protection, or simply a space where you can feel welcomed and safe, we are here for you. You do not need to justify yourself, nor should you feel obligated to do anything. We will respect your pace, your needs, and your choices. We are ready to listen to you and walk along side you, without judgment.
We just want you to know that there is a place where you can find a listening ear, support, and an outstretched hand, whenever you may need it.
